Ingredients

  • 4 Tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper sliced
  • 3 cups of shredded cabbage
  • 1/3 cup of Hickory Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large frying skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the onion and red pepper with a pinch of salt.
  3. Add the cabbage and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the Hickory Balsamic Vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the mixture into the skillet and stir well.
  6. Cover and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
  7. Taste and adjust salt and pepper.
  8. Serve.
