Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Brussels sprouts halved
  • 1/2 lb. bacon cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup of Tuscan-Herb Blend
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp mint
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts, cut them in half, and place them in a baking dish.
  2. Fry the bacon for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Spread bacon over the Brussels sprouts.
  4. Preheat the oven to 425 F.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the Tuscan-Herb Blend, broth, herbs, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Pour the Tuscan-Herb Blend mixture over the Brussels sprout and bacon.
  7. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
