Ingredients

  • 3 blood oranges
  • 2 ripe kiwis
  • 2 ripe bananas sliced
  • 1 mango cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 Tbsp Pineapple White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Blood Orange Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Add all fruits to a large salad bowl.
  2. Mix the Tbsp Pineapple White Balsamic Vinegar with Blood Orange Olive Oil, and drizzle over fruits.
  3. Toss fruit to combine well and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
