Ingredients

  • 2 cups of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 1/3 cup of Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cups marinara spaghetti sauce
  • 1 Tbsp rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste.
  • Grated parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Pour water into the Instant Pot.
  2. Break the spaghetti in half and add ittoa pot *Make sure that the spaghetti is completely covered with water.
  3. Mix the marinara sauce, Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil, rosemary, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the marinara mixture into the Instant Pot; stir well.
  5. Lock lid into place and set on the MANUAL setting at High Pressure for 4 minutes.
  6. When ready, press "Cancel" and flip the Quick Release valve to let the pressure out.
  7. Serve warm with grated cheese.
