Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Hickory Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 lb. salmon fillet, skinned
  • 1 cup of white wine for cooking
  • Lemon slices for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and saute the leek with a pinch of salt over medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the oil, Hickory Balsamic Vinegar, cumin, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a large container.
  3. Add the salmon and cover with marinade.
  4. Place in refrigerator and marinate for one hour.
  5. Remove salmon from the marinade and place in a greased Slow Cooker.
  6. Pour the wine and cover.
  7. Cook on LOW for 2 hours.
  8. Serve with lemon slices.
