Ingredients

  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 can tuna in water; drained
  • 1/3 cup of Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp capers
  • Salt to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Salt to taste (optional)
  2. Bring to a boil, then cover the pot and turn the heat off.
  3. Let it sit for 10 to 12 minutes; chill eggs and peel.
  4. Add the eggs, tuna, Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and all remaining ingredients in a blender.
  5. Blend it until smooth.
  6. Keep the spread refrigerated.
