Ingredients

4 peaches peeled and finely chopped
2 green onions finely chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup fresh oregano, finely chopped
1 tsp crushed pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
4 Tbsp Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
3 Tbsp Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Coarse salt and black pepper flakes to taste

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth and combined well.
Keep refrigerated in a sealed glass jar.
Serve cold with salad, meat, steamed vegetables, etc.
