Ingredients

  • 4 peaches
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 Tbsp fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Cut peaches in quarters and boil for 10 minutes; remove from the heat.
  2. Add the water, sugar, Peach White Balsamic Vinegar, and mint in a saucepan.
  3. Bring to boil and turn the heat to low.
  4. Stir constantly until the sugar dissolves for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Arrange the peaches onto a deep plate and pour the syrup over them.
  6. Keep refrigerated in a glass jar.
