Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chicken boneless cut into pieces
  • 1 cup of peach real fruit jam
  • 4 Tbsp Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Sweet crushed paprika to taste
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste
  • Green onion for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Place the chicken in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the peach jam, Blood Orange Olive Oil, Peach White Balsamic Vinegar, paprika, salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
  4. Cover each piece of chicken with the Blood Orange Olive Oil & Peach White Balsamic Vinegar mixture.
  5. Place the chicken pieces into large baking pan, and roast for about one hour, turning twice.
  6. Sprinkle with green onion and serve.
