Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 2 lb. mussels
  • 3/4 cup of Garlic-Herb Blend
  • 2 cloves garlic finely sliced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • salt and ground hot pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil spaghetti recording to the package instructions; drain.
  2. Add the mussels to the large pot and cover with the lid.
  3. Cook/steam for about 6 minutes or just until they're opened.
  4. Remove the mussels from the shells; leave a couple uncleaned for decoration.
  5. Place the spaghetti onto a large plate and cover it with mussels.
  6. Mix the Garlic-Herb Blend, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  7. Pour the Garlic-Herb Blend mixture over the spaghetti and mussels.
  8. Decorate with fresh parsley and serve.
