Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp molasses
  • 4 Tbsp of boiling water
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste
  • 1 duck, clean, lean around 2 lb.

Instructions

  1. Mix the Peach White Balsamic Vinegar with oyster sauce, molasses, water, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bush generously the duck with marinade out/in.
  3. Refrigerate the duck overnight.
  4. Preheat the oven to 360 F.
  5. Place the duck on a baking grill and roast for 15 minutes per side.
  6. Reduce the temperature to 240 F and roast for a further 35 minutes.
  7. Allow the duck to rest for 15 minutes, and then cut it into pieces.
  8. Serve.
