Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Garlic California Extra Virgin Olive
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 lb. frozen shrimp
  • 1 tsp fresh chives
  • 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Turn on the Instant Pot and press SAUTE button.
  2. Heat oil and sauté the garlic with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Add shrimp, chives, and cilantro; add water and stir.
  4. Lock lid into place and set high pressure on the MANUAL for 5 minutes.
  5. When the timer beeps, press "Cancel" and carefully flip the Quick Release valve to let the pressure out.
  6. Serve warm with Garlic-Herb Blend.
