Ingredients

  •  30 fresh shrimps, deveined (about 1 1/4 lb.)
  • 5 Tbsp Habanero California Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp paprika flakes
  • 1 cup of vegetable broth or water (gluten-free)
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp fresh parsley for serving
  • lemon sliced for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix shrimp with the Habanero California Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt, and paprika in a bowl; toss to combine well.
  2. Add shrimp to Instant pot, and cover with broth or water.
  3. Lock lid into place and set on the MANUAL setting high pressure for 1 minute.
  4. When the cooking time ends, release switch to the Venting position and let the steam release quickly.
  5. Discard liquids and serve warm with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
