Buckeye Blends Hot Wings with Chile-Herb Blend

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds of chicken wings
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil
  • 1/3 cup of Chile-Herb Blend
  • 2 Tbsp red sauce (any)
  • 1 tsp red hot pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 F.
  2. Place the chicken wings in a large container and season with salt.
  3. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour the mixture over the chicken; toss the wings to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for about 40 to 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
