Instructions
- Heat oil in a large frying skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the onion and red pepper with a pinch of salt.
- Add the cabbage and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the Hickory Balsamic Vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add the mixture into the skillet and stir well.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
- Taste and adjust salt and pepper.
- Serve.
