Ingredients
- 1 lb. of cured bacon
- 1 cup of Habanero Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Cut the bacon into strips.
- . Place the bacon into a large frying skillet and pour with the Habanero California Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Cook bacon for about 20 minutes over low heat or until golden and crispy.
- Place the fried bacon onto kitchen paper to dry.
- Serve cold.
