Ingredients

  • 1 cup pinkish tarama – fish roe
  • 7 oz bread soaked
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup of Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Serve or keep refrigerated in a glass jar.
