Buckeye Blends Murky Figs Marmalade

Instructions
- Place figs in a large bowl or container.
- Sprinkle sugar over figs and add Fig Balsamic Vinegar.
- Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours.
- Place the fig mixture over medium-high heat; stir well.
- Bring to boil; reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 30 minutes.
- Stir every 4 to 5 minutes and remove foam if it appears on the surface.
- Add rum and ground cinnamon; cook for 15 minutes.
- Transfer your marmalade into hot glass jars and let cool completely.
- Store jars in a dark place in your pantry.
