Buckeye Blends Cranberry-Citrus Sorbet

Ingredients
- 3 cups of cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp Cranberry Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbs grated orange peel
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan.
- Bring to boil, stir and remove from the heat.
- Allow the mixture to cool completely.
- Transfer the mixture into a container and freeze for two hours.
- Remove the sorbet from the freezer and give a good stir to avoid crystallization.
- Freeze again for a further two hours.
- Serve cold.
