Buckeye Blends Chops with Tamari & Pineapple Vinegar Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup of Pineapple White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of tamari
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large container (except pork chops).
  2. Add the pork chops and cover evenly with marinade.
  3. Place the pork chops in the fridge and marinate them for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
  4. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and drain them on kitchen paper.
  5. Heat the marinade in a frying skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook the pork chop for about 20 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
