Buckeye Blends Chocolate Balsamic Cake

Ingredients
- Non-stick spray
- 1 lb.butter, unsalted
- Cocoa for dusting pan
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup 1/4 strong black coffee
- 16 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 2 tsp Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
- 8 large eggs beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease with Non-stick spray and dust a 9-inch spring-form pan with cocoa.
- Mix chocolate, butter, sugar, and coffee over medium heat.
- Remove the mixture at room temperature and add eggs, one at a time.
- Mix until all ingredients are combined well; pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes.
- Cool the cake, slice, and serve.
