Ingredients

  • Non-stick spray
  • 1 lb.butter, unsalted
  • Cocoa for dusting pan
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup 1/4 strong black coffee
  • 16 oz bittersweet chocolate
  • 2 tsp Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
  • 8 large eggs beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease with Non-stick spray and dust a 9-inch spring-form pan with cocoa.
  3. Mix chocolate, butter, sugar, and coffee over medium heat.
  4. Remove the mixture at room temperature and add eggs, one at a time.
  5. Mix until all ingredients are combined well; pour batter into prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
  7. Cool the cake, slice, and serve.
