Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs boneless
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1 tsp of dried thyme
  • 1 tsp of dried basil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 Tbsp Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper, and place in a large container.
  2. Mix all remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over the chicken.
  3. Refrigerate and marinate chicken for at least 4 hours (preferable overnight)
  4. Remove the chicken from the fridge and place it in a greased 6 quarts Slow Cooker.
  5. Sprinkle with a little Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar.
  6. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
  7. Adjust the salt and pepper and serve.
