Ingredients

  •  1 cup of cherries, pitted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 to 4 fresh chili peppers
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • ½ cup of red wine
  • 1/2 cup of Habanero California Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp corn starch

Instructions

  1. Place cherries, garlic, and chili peppers in a high-speed blender; blend until combined well.
  2. Add the mixture into a saucepan and add all remaining ingredients.
  3. Bring to boil, stirring constantly, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and allow it to cool.
  5. Serve with eggs, meat, baked apples, pears, vegetables, etc.
  6. Keep refrigerated in a closed container or jar.
