Buckeye Blends Cauliflower-Turkey Ham Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup of turkey ham cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and white pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut cauliflower into florets and boil for one minute; drain.
  2. Add the cauliflower to a large bowl along with all ingredients.
  3. Knead or mix until all ingredients are combined well.
  4. Shape the mixture into patties.
  5. Heat Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Fry for two minutes per side, turning twice.
  7. Dry onto kitchen paper.
  8. Serve.
