    Balsamic Scallop with Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. scallops (frozen)
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 Tbsp Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 3 Tbsp chopped shallots
  • 1 cup of mushrooms sliced
  • 3/4 cup of fish broth
  • 3/4 cup of Fraiche cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place scallops in a large skillet and pour with white wine and Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar.
  2. Bring to boil and remove from the heat.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Sauté the shallots and mushrooms.
  5. Add the fish broth, bring to boil, and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
  6. Add the Fraiche cream and scallops and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve.
