Ingredients

  • 14 oz arugula leaves
  • 1 mango sliced
  • 6 anchovies (canned)
  • 3 cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Rinse and place arugula in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add anchovies over the arugula.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix all ingredients for the dressing.
  4. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to combine well.
  5. Serve.
