Buckeye Blends Marinated Olive Oil & Balsamic Chicken (Slow Cooker or Crock Pot)

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs boneless
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp basildried
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar divided
  • 1/2 cup of fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in a container and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix all remaining ingredients in a separate bowl; pour the mixture over the chicken.
  3. Toss, cover, and refrigerate it for at least 4 hours.
  4. Place the marinated chicken (with marinade) in a 6 to 7-quarts Slow Cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
  6. Serve warm with chopped parsley.
