Instructions
- Mix the eggs, Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, zucchini, and sugar in a bowl.
- Mix the flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Add the eggs mixture to the flour and stir well.
- Add thealmonds and mix until all ingredients combine well.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease an 8-inch loaf pan, and line it with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the pan.
- Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow it to cool before slicing.
